Meet Dr. Elizabeth Trossen (White Bear Lake, MN)

Elizabeth Trossen, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

Dr. Trossen provides comprehensive, patient-focused eye care, with interests in senior vision, presbyopia treatment, contact lens exams, comprehensive eye exams, astigmatism treatment, eye disease management, emergency eye care, and dry eye care.

After needing glasses and contact lenses from a young age, Dr. Trossen developed an appreciation for the important role vision plays in everyday life. She chose optometry as a profession where she could provide meaningful care and help patients achieve their best vision. She enjoys improving her patients’ quality of life through individualized eye care and values taking the time to understand each patient’s unique needs and provide personalized care.
